Your data is precious to us and therefore we only use it for our own basis. We do not under any circumstances share your data with any third party.
We only collect the personal data that you complete on any contact us form that you complete on the website.
All data that we hold, we review on a yearly basis and delete anything we don’t need.
CJS Detailing will ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date. Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
In all cases we will ask for your consent to use your data to send you any updates in treatments or special offers that we have from time to time. This consent requires a positive opt-in via contact us form. You can always remove this consent at any time. Please see ‘right to be removed’.
As you are in control of the data that we hold on you, you always have the right for us to delete this information from the database; this is your ‘right to be forgotten’. In order to do this, all you have to do is reply to any marketing email from us and click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button and your data will be removed. We will remove any data within one month of your request.
